An alleged snippet of Kanye West and The Game‘s new song, “My Life was Never Eazy,” has leaked hours before its scheduled release.
On Friday (Jan. 14), the audio, which was reportedly pulled from a Wack 100 Clubhouse session, made its way around the internet. In it, Ye is heard rapping what appears to be a threat toward Pete Davidson, the “SNL” star who is currently dating his soon-to-be ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.
“God saved me from that crash just so I could beat Pete Davidson’s ass,” West raps in the leaked snippet. The full song will reportedly drop tonight.
Kardashian filed for divorce from the Chicago rapper last year after nearly seven years of marriage. In the wake of their split, Ye made several pleas with hopes to get their family to reunite.
“All I think about every day is how I get my family back together and how I heal the pain that I’ve caused,” he said during a Thanksgiving prayer. “I take accountability for my actions — new word alert — misactions. The one thing all my successes and failures have in common is me.”
While visiting Skid Row, Ye admitted that he’s “made mistakes” and claimed that God would bring him and Kardashian together. He also discussed his desire to be with Kim during his highly-discussed appearance on “Drink Champs.”
“’SNL’ making my wife say ‘I divorced him’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off and I never have seen the papers. We’re not even divorced,” the Donda emcee said. “So how we — because [it’s] no joke to me, my kids want their parents to stay together. I want their parents — I want us to be together.”
Since then, Kardashian has been spotted with Davidson on numerous occasions. Ye, on the other hand, has been dating his new beau, model Julia Fox.
