DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good have announced their divorce — and Twitter is in shambles.

On Tuesday (Dec. 21), the pair, who have been married for over nine years, disclosed that they were going their separate ways. “After much prayer and consideration, we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected,” Good and Franklin shared in a joint statement to People.

“We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal. There’s no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love,” they continued.

“We are incredibly grateful for the life-changing years we’ve spent together as husband and wife. We are also extremely thankful to God for the testimony being created inside us both and for blessing our lives with each other,” the pair added.

After news of their divorce surfaced on social media, a lot of people celebrated Good being a single woman again, while others were shocked that Franklin was the one to file the paperwork to end their marriage.

Twitter user @Kitakartel wrote, “I hate relationships ending but good Lord I was sick of pastor wife Meagan Good, BRING BACK THE BADDIE.”

“Got damn! First, the Curry’s are in an open relationship,” tweeted @SweetCheeks1122. “Now Meagan Good’s husband filed for divorce?! Tabloids are lit on this fine afternoon.”

Social media user @MsBri256 wrote, “I’m so shocked by DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good divorcing… but even more shocked that HE filed.”

“Not Devon divorcing Meagan Good,” tweeted @elle_woods2. “This is why I don’t immerse myself in the ‘celebrity couple goals’ narrative. We don’t know these folks.”
