Sincere Lizzy’s Stay Flee Get Lizzy outfit has been dropping some serious songs this year — fans have already been blessed with bangers like “Meant To Be” with Fredo and Central Cee and “Scary” with Kwengface. Last week, the well-respected UK movement adds to that with “Rib-Eye,” a collaboration with DoRoad that sees the South London emcee delivering some crazy bars over production from Trinz:
“Slap that Mac on the back of the jigs, so wе do it like gob ’round here, my youngin’ on the drill, and he miss no stories, he don’t do subs ’round here in the drake, but to cool it, to make it real hot ’round here, but it ain’t land, so I tell my younger Mean, ‘Rock with the dots ’round here,’ anywhere that he tear, I’ma tell you that you own that block right there, bro had six in the .4’s, and I had an M10 on cut, tryna fling him in the air, tryna ying my man, tell broski ‘Bring him over ‘ere’…”
Directed by Romael, the accompanying visual for “Rib-Eye” is centered around DoRoad and his crew riding through town on motorcycles and posting up in Brent Autos in North West London. DoRoad & Co. also catch vibes from a rooftop overlooking the area.
Stay Flee Get Lizzy first touched down in 2018 with “Ay Caramba,” an infectious offering that saw Fredo and Young T & Bugsey trading bars over production from Toddla T. Since then, fans have been able to enjoy top quality songs like “Love Of The Lizzy” with Nito NB and Shaqy Dread, “Make It Home” with Nito NB, “2 Cups” with Tory Lanez, Fredo, and Popcaan, and “Handsome G” with RV, Youngs Teflon, and Blanco — Stay Flee Get Lizzy also held a big presence on S1MBA and Tion Wayne‘s June drop “Bounce.”
