Cardi B’s money moves are paying off. The “Up” emcee is now the owner of a new home, and it’s in her native state of New York! She took to Instagram on Tuesday evening (Nov. 2) to revel in the exciting news.

“These days, I don’t just live one place, I’m everywhere due to my work,” Cardi explained. “One thing for sure, I needed a home in my home city of NY! I’m soo proud of myself. I work so hard for my children to be comfortable everywhere they are regardless of work. Me and my husband have always dreamed of having a crib in NY, and we have decided to add to our portfolio of homes, along with Atlanta and LA.”

While the reality star is excited that she can finally host get-togethers for her family in New York, she admits that she has a lot more that she sets out to do. ”I have accomplished so many things yet I still feel far from all the goals I want to accomplish,” she said. “This is one dream I can cross off.”

Next to the caption, the “I Like It” rapper posted a photo, giving fans a glimpse of her new residence. “Let me know if ya’ll want a mini-tour!” she added.

Cardi’s latest accomplishment comes on the heels of the announcement of her new gig as the host of the 2021 American Music Awards.

“I’m so proud to announce I’ll be hosting the 2021 @AMAs!” she wrote on Instagram.

“When I received the invite to host the AMAs, I was so excited,“ the Bronx emcee added in a statement. “I’m ready to bring my personality to the AMAs stage! Thank you to Jesse Collins, ABC and MRC for making this happen.”
