A star-studded lineup has been announced for the NBA Eastern & Western Conference Finals concert series, including performances from Big Sean, 2 Chainz, Cordae and CHIKA.
According to a press release, the four artists will each perform their own set as part of a four-part concert series for the NBA Conference Finals. The performances will either be highlighted on TNT or ESPN beginning on or around June 20. Fans will be able to stream the concerts online, get access to special behind-the-scenes footage and earn chances to win a virtual meet and greet with the artists.
Additionally, there will be an exclusive augmented reality experience with the Detroit 2 rapper, which provides fans with an immersive performance. REVOLT’s Druski will be featured in several humorous skits with each of the performers.
Fans will also get a chance to win passes to virtually meet 2 Chainz and Big Sean and receive a merchandise pack from each artist. AT&T will also give away $5,000 every day from June 14 to July 1 to commemorate the NBA playoffs.
Last year, Big Sean joined the Detroit Pistons as the new Creative Director of Innovation. The Grammy-nominated rapper has assisted the organization with creative counsel and strategic guidance on several of the team’s off-the-court initiatives, including in-game experience, team merchandise design, co-branded community and social responsibility activation.
“It’s a dream come true and a real honor to get to work with the iconic Detroit Pistons,” the Detroit native previously said. “I grew up in the city, which naturally made me a fan of the Bad Boys. I would later have a Grant Hill poster on my wall and then, against all odds, would watch the ’04 Pistons go on to win the Championship, inspiring the whole city of Detroit. I look forward to creatively finding new ways to contribute to their legacy and continue their dedication to the community through sports, art, and, of course, music.”
