Back in March, DDG tapped in with super-producer OG Parker to be his co-pilot for a joint EP titled Die 4 Respect. On the project, he linked up once again with his previous collaborator Tyla Yaweh for their “Hakuna Matata” track. Today (June 3) the two deliver their music video, which opens up with a scene of the duo pulling up to a party to deliver some pizza, but winding up staying as DDG delivers his opening bars:

DDG’s aforementioned body of work is equipped with 11 songs and a dope roster of features from names like Coi Leray, YoungBoy NBA, PnB Rock, and more. Die 4 Respect was preceded by singles like “Money Long” and “Rule #1” with Yachty, and he continued the momentum by dropping off the official visual for the Coi Leray-assisted “Impatient.”
Aside from D4L, DDG most recently shared his track “On Your Mind,” which features Autumn Corin and can also be heard handing out an assist on the ‘4Hunnid Presents: Gang Affiliated’ EP. He broke the Billboard Hot 100 with his smash hit “Moonwalking in Calabasas (Remix)” featuring Blueface entering at No. 98, and this week he re-entered the chart at No. 81.
Most recently, Tyla Yaweh assisted RMR for their collab single “Vibes.” Prior to that, after all the good reception Tyla Yaweh’s “Stuntin’ On You” garnered when it was initially released last
summer, the smash hit got a fresh paint job. The star enlisted fellow rappers DDG and Dame D.O.L.L.A to assist him with the official remix, and the three of them linked for a music video which is available now as well.
