Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert are returning to reality TV with their very own series. According to E!, the network airing the show, the couple will document their lives, specifically the way they balance multiple ventures, in a series titled “We Got Love Iman & Teyana.”

Taylor and Shumpert previously starred in “Teyana & Iman,” a reality series on VH1 that similarly gave fans a glimpse of their lives beyond social media. At the time, the married couple was nearly two years into their marriage. Taylor was balancing acting, directing videos and music, Shumpert was recording music visuals as he played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, and their daughter Junie was still a toddler.

The show only lasted one season, but a lot has changed since then.

Now, Taylor and Shumpert are the proud parents of two children. Their daughter Rue Rose was born in September, and Junie appears to be quite a jokester, according to social media posts shared by both her mother and father. Shumpert has been concentrating on music since the Brooklyn Nets waived him in February. Taylor, on the contrary, is no longer focused on making records.

As REVOLT previously reported, the singer decided to retire from music after she felt “underappreciated” by Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music record label. She later explained that she made the decision to ensure she’s in the right mental state to take care of herself and her children.

“I gotta do it for my mental health,” she previously said. “I have to do it for my emotional health. I have to do it for my kids, so I can stay alive for my kids.”

Taylor has since appeared in the Amazon film Coming 2 America and is reportedly working on a biopic where she will take on the role of Dionne Warwick. Her directing duties still continue. Last year, she directed Queen Naija’s visual for the Lil Durk-assisted “Lie to Me.” She also purchased a creative studio for her production company, The Aunties Inc., which will offer production, green screen rooms, recording equipment and more.

There is no word on when “We Got Love Iman & Teyana” will premiere.
