With his family and his team orchestrating the rollout of his new album, Shottaz 4eva, it is certain that they made sure he and his hometown was represented to the tee. By building a name for himself with this fourth installment in his Shottaz series, Mo3 has another cohesive body of work that we have the pleasure of tapping into.

For the album’s announcement, Mo3’s family and team sent a heartfelt thank you to the fans in a statement on his Instagram account: “We miss his warm and fiercely loyal presence every day — He appreciated his fans more than anything and your love has sustained us through a dark time and helped keep his memory alive. Music was the light and passion of MO’s life — it provided a way for him to express his innermost self and a path for providing a better life for himself and his family — He dedicated his life to his craft, and by playing his music, you’re keeping his legacy alive. On behalf of Mo3, we offer you sincere thanks.”

A couple of weeks ago, Mo3’s team released the single “Outside” accompanied by a visual to help push the buzz for Shottaz 4eva. The video, directed by Prophecy, is a tribute to the 28-year-old rapper. It shows Mo3 with friends recording music in the studio and the energy is switched when family and friends are seen laying him to rest, along with a memorial.
