Due to obvious circumstances, haven’t been able to receive drops from 03 Greedo as much as we’d like, so when we do get some new music it’s sure to be appreciated. For his latest offering he teams up with Wiz Khalifa on their new track “Substance (We Woke Up).” On the song, 03 Greedo starts opens up the song about his needs while Wiz Khalifa follows up:

We woke up, intoxicated, I was off of all types of drugs. I’m never sober when I’m in love. I need some type of drugs./ I told that bitch, “I need substance.” She keep sendin’ me subs. I told that bitch, “I need substance.”/ And she keep sendin’ me subs. So that means I need some type of drugs.

Most recently, 03 Greedo assisted Runaway Richy on his track “Price Tag.” Last summer, he teamed with Ron-RonTheProducer for the first volume of their Load It Up series. The project included a collaboration with Chief Keef titled “Bands In Da Basement,” and in September the track received an official music video featuring two miniature versions of the two rappers.

Following the release of his mixtape #FUCC2020, he swiftly followed up with with two new cuts titled “Chicken With The Cheese” and “Ain’t Shit Free” this week. Wiz Khalifa was booked and busy in 2020. He released his projects It’s Only Weed Bro, 3 Doobies, Big Pimpin, and The Saga of Wiz Khalifa, the last of which was released for his fellow stoners in celebration of 4/20. He also shared some loose singles like “Drums Drums Drums” with Travis Barker and “Cheers” with blackbear.
