Back in July, Pink Sweat$ shared his The Prelude EP, which contained his stand-out “At My Worst” cut. He later on released a music video for the song a few months later, and decided to give it another boost in 2021 as he grabs a guest appearance from R&B star Kehlani. On the official remix, she swoops in with the assist with her vulnerable verse:

Will you trust I’m honest when they’re tellin’ lies? Can you see what I’m not sayin’ from my eyеs?/ All I know is love, for you, it’s real. It’s differеnt from anything that I thought I’d feel. Oh, oh, don’t you worry, I’ll be there whenever you want me./ I need somebody who can love me at my worst.

There are also already several remixes of the “At My Worst” track available to enjoy, including the previously released Joel Corry Remix, Gustixa Remix, and the Nikhita Gandhi Remix. Pink Sweat$ has made a name for himself as one of the R&B artists to make sure to follow, thanks to his breakthrough project Volume 1, as well as the hit single “Honesty,” as well as the subsequent VOLUME 2, which earned him a “Best New Artist” nomination at last year’s Soul Train Awards. Afterwards, he followed those two EPs with a third titled The Prelude, which boasts seven tracks from the Philadelphia talent and his “17” single.

At the height of quarantine last year, Kehlani was playing through everyone’s speakers when she shared her project It Was Good Until It Wasn’t, which saw features from Jhene Aiko, Masego, Lucky Daye, and James Blake. She has also treated fans to a few guest appearances on some strong singles this year such as “Take You Back” with Russ and “Touch Me (Remix) with Victoria Monet.
