Rexx Life Raj takes full advantage of the ongoing pandemic in his latest visual. For “Bad Bad Bad,” the California rapper takes it a step above being masked up and spends the day in full head gear to make for an intentionally (or unintentionally) hilarious video. He stays fully geared up for the day and goes on to join his friends for a game of basketball, a solo picnic in the park (as he struggles to eat or drink anything with his hazard suit in the way), and a get together at the studio. For his verse, he reminisces about his come up:

Hey concierge Raj getting the bag. N***as wanna play with my money. I’m hop, skip, turning and flipping your ass we going bad. Remember the days when I didn’t have it. When they 09, be funny acting huh. You went from fucking it up to opening up like what the fuck happened. Now I be higher than Appalachian. Doing a show up at Appalachian because I take action. I ain’t wait for nobody, I do not have time to be passive. Way back when I was protecting passer. I was a backup, just hoping they’d let me in. I ain’t see the field much but I could see myself on ESPN. I was a catalyst.

The song is the outro track from his California Poppy 2 project, which made its debut back in November, The eight-track body of work included features from Kojey Radical and Juvenile. The first installment of California Poppy came out in 2018 and boasted assists from Will Fraker, and the legendary E-40. In 2019, Rexx Life Raj continued his Father Figure series with its third addition Father Figure 3: Somewhere Out There.
