24kGoldn and DaBaby have teamed up for a brand new single, “Coco.” Inspired by the high fashion brand, the new song is expected to be on 24kGoldn’s next project El Dorado. On the track, 24 brings his usual high energy:
Oh my God, why is shawty tryna test me? Too turnt up, in the back of the Jetstream. Can’t be cuffed, but she tryin’ to arrest me. Lyin’ to impress me, dyin’ to forget me. I can’t keep singin’ all my songs for ya. You keep on ringin’ me, goes on and on. Can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with ya. Checking your temperature, thermometer. Coco, Chanel, you ain’t really ‘bout it, I can tell. Coco, Chanel, can you keep your hands to yourself? Coco, Chanel, double-C lock on the belt. Coco, Chanel, Coco, Chanel.
24kGoldn’s last project was 2019’s DROPPED OUTTA COLLEGE. The California rapper has had a winning year, as he grabbed a spot on the 2020 XXL Freshman list alongside his other rap peers like Mulatto, Fivio Foreign, Calboy, and more. Recently, his smash hit “Mood” featuring iann dior received a fresh new paint job after he scored two major names, Justin Bieber and J Balvin for the official remix.
DaBaby recently shared a new project My Brother’s Keeper (Long Live G). Prior to that, he dropped his third studio LP BLAME IT ON BABY, which included 13 new tracks from the North Carolina star and collaborations alongside Quavo, Future, Roddy Ricch, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Megan Thee Stallion, and more. Prior to BLAME IT ON BABY, DaBaby dropped both KIRK and also his breakthrough project Baby On Baby both in 2019. In May, he and Roddy Ricch celebrated as their single “Rockstar” became certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
