Currently, Young Scooter and Zaytoven are working on the forthcoming joint effort ZAYSTREET. Just before Halloween, the Atlanta stars liberated a single from the project titled “Black Migo,” which features assistance from Future. As expected, Zaytoven lays the foundation for the rappers to deliver their usual street talk:
“Name good, face good, it all fold, I could still go back to my hood, but I never left the hood, I still be in the hood, I be stuffin’ pound bags like canned goods, water whip or dry whip ‘cause my hands good/
I let my money talk for me, I let Freebandz do it, me and Zay the best duo since Kobe and Shaq, no rap cap, I put Black Migo Gang on the map, sold crack sacks just to pave the way to where I’m at…/”
Back in February, Young Scooter dropped the compilation album Street Lottery Reloaded, which featured plenty of songs that Lil Mexico representer released over the years. His last official mixtape, Trap Hero, made landfall late last year and boasted 14 cuts with assists from Young Thug, VL Deck, Lil Baby, Casino, Guap Tarantino, NoCap, and more. In addition to ZAYSTREET, Scooter is also said to be working on the fourth installment of his Street Lottery mixtape series.
Zaytoven has blessed the masses with a 2020 release as well, teaming up with Lil Yachty, Lil Keed, and Lil GotIt to create A-Team. Since then, he’s also dropped bodied of work alongside OJ Da Juiceman, Yung LA, Tiffany Bleu, and C.O.E. Mook. The past few years have also seen well-received project collabs, such as Lecrae’s Let the Trap Say Amen, Usher’s A, and Chief Keef’s GloToven.
