One could only think how hard it would be to secure unbreakable confidence to be a female pop star if they aren’t already. Thankfully, this isn’t the case for Chloe and Halle. They have each other’s back and double the confidence they need to keep themselves elevating. While being fairly new to the industry, their personas and music speaks for themselves and they don’t seem to be letting up anytime soon.

With Beyonce as one of the most prolific cosigns in the industry, Chloe and Halle have all the necessary tools they need for longevity with the queen in their corner. Today, they delivered a thorough project titled Ungodly Hour.

When they sent the album to Beyonce to be critiqued, Queen Bey had only two words for them — “It’s flawless.” Chloe recalled in a recent Associated Press interview:

“When we sent her the album, she said that she loved it and didn’t have any notes. (We) were like, ‘Oh wow!’ She must really like it because she always sends notes, which we appreciate and add in most of the time. I’m really proud of this album and if she loves it, I hope everyone else loves it, too.”

Being co-stars of the hit TV series Grownish, Chloe and Halle are as talented as they come! Not to mention their stand-out single “Do It” giving them a huge push. The single had a viral moment on TikTok because of the song’s popular dance and it reached No. 9 on Billboard’s R&B songs chart, marking the first time a Chloe x Halle track has appeared on any Billboard chart.

Equipped with 13 records in total, majority of the songs on the album are about navigating through messy situations — sometimes ones that you have caused. While Ungodly Hour features popular producers and songwriters like Sounwave, Disclosure, Scott Storch, Victoria Monet, Boi-1da and Mike WiLL Made-It, the girls are the creative center of the album.
