French Montana is keeping busy during the current pandemic. Having already delivered a video for the MONTANA track “Salam Alaykum,” the New York hip hop veteran returns with a new single titled “That’s A Fact,” which sees him adopting the increasingly popular drill sound. Produced by JB Made It and featuring Mr Swipey, the track sees French giving the easily memorable bars tailor-made for the dance floor — whenever they finally reopen — and the radio:

French has also kept busy on social media, even going head-to-head with Tory Lanez in an IG Live battle that many feel he won, thanks to his seemingly endless stream of hit records. He’s also found himself at odds with his peers. Not only is his public feud with 50 Cent seemingly back in high gear, he’s also become the target of Chicago producer Young Chop, who has attacked French’s credibility both via an IG Live stream and — as of this week — on wax. French has since responded to Chop’s accusations via social media:

Is sad to see this fake ass s*** ! Young shop need to be in a mental institution … Is only a matter of time till somebody take his life . Than all u going see is #rip…and a bunch of fake s*** ! if somebody care about that man go grab him and take him somewhere ..
