K Camp is the latest celebrity to takeover REVOLT’s Instagram Live account. The “Lottery” rapper went live today (Apr. 2) and even had a guest appearance from Yella Beezy.
K Camp also revealed that his new album is officially done. He said that the album has been done since December and he is just working out legal kinks before it can be released.
Yella Beezy joined the live and spoke about doing multiple collaborations with K Camp. Yella Beezy said that he is still in the studio recording and wanted to be on K Camp’s unreleased songs called “Birthday,” “Top 10,” and “Giddy Up.” The two also talked about shooting videos for all of those tracks.
During the Live, K Camp brought on Nick Kosir, the FOX 46 meteorologist who went viral for his #slidelikethischallenge. Kosir brought up K Camp’s success on TikTok stating that he had over 33 million views to videos done with the “Renegade Dance.”
The “Renegade Dance” was initially started by 14-year-old Jalaiah Harmon. She was overlooked and didn’t receive the proper recognition for creating the viral dance moves. K Camp made sure he gave Jalaiah the credit she deserved.
He met up with Jalaiah and personally thanked her for making “Lottery” the biggest song in the world. As she performed the dance with a friend, K Camp was in the background turning up. He posted the video to his one million Instagram followers. “Thank you Jalaiah and Skylar for helping make lottery the BIGGEST song in the world,” he captioned the video. “Tell the blogs eat it up!”
“Lottery” has now been certified gold. K Camp shared the news on his Instagram account last week. “Was waiting on platinum to post but this still a blessing,” he wrote. “Thank you to the supporters & my team. God ain’t done with K Camp yet.”
