Drake is gearing up to travel in style.
On Saturday (March 28), Drizzy shared an exclusive look at his custom jet, which received an epic makeover from designer Virgil Abloh. In the three pictures uploaded to social media, the 767 was covered in blue and white paint that paid homage to the Toronto native’s third studio album, Nothing Was The Same. The Louis Vuitton director also gushed about his latest artwork on Instagram. “The tail number is a problem and the FBO is a whole other story,” Abloh wrote as his Instagram caption.
Earlier this month, the father of one reportedly self-quarantined himself after he was spotted hanging out Kevin Durant, who tested posted for Coronavirus. During a conversation with his dad, Dennis Graham, Drake revealed that he did not contract the virus. “Yeah, I had to do a test, but it came back negative, though,” he said. “That test is uncomfortable though, they put that Q-tip all the way up inside your thoughts and s–t.”
In addition to Kevin Durant, three other players from the Brooklyn Nets also tested positive for COVID-19. “All four players are presently isolated and under the care of team physicians,” the team said in a statement. “The organization is currently notifying anyone who has had known contact with the players, including recent opponents, and is working closely with state and local health authorities on reporting. All players and members of the Nets travel party are being asked to remain isolated, closely monitor their health and maintain constant communication with team medical staff.”
While practicing social distancing, Drake continues to be hard at work. On Thursday (March 26), news surfaced that he is set to executive produce an upcoming series titled “48 Laws of Power.” The 33-year-old is also set to direct an episode as well.
