Post Malone has come up with a grand plan to provide Coronavirus relief. On March 28, news surfaced that the 24-year-old is set to host a virtual beer pong tournament with some of the biggest celebrities.
The “White Iverson” musician’s virtual event will include 16 teams with big names such as Kane Brown, Machine Gun Kelly, Trevor Bauer, Mike Clevinger, Jonny Manziel and more. The winner will earn a trophy, wrestling belt and chains at the end of the eight-day tournament in honor of their victory. As Malone’s fans might recall, the “Rockstar” musician is quite fond of beer pong. In the past, he won $50,000 on a game with rapper Mike.
In addition to planning his beer pong tournament, Malone is also working on new music. The New York native’s manager, Dre London, confirmed in an Instagram post that his artist is hard at work amid the social distancing precautionary measures at the moment.
“I’m sorry I can’t stay away from my brother Posty!” London wrote alongside a photo of himself with Malone. “I’ll take the chance! Tonight we made a smash on FaceTime now we gonna just go into Quarantine Album mode! If we don’t connect energy how the [world] gonna enjoy this summer? Let’s Get It!! See You Soon bruv! #2020 #DreVision.”
Earlier this month, Malone reassured fans that he is doing fine after he was accused of being on drugs during a Memphis stop on his “Runaway Tour.”
“I feel the best I’ve ever f—king felt in my life,” he said. “And that’s why I can bust my a— for these shows and f—king fall on the floor and do all that fun sh-t. But for anyone that’s concerned here, I appreciate the love and the support, but I feel f—king fantastic and I’m not doing drugs.”
