Diddy is taking a moment to remember his late ex and mother of his children, Kim Porter.

Today (Jan. 22), Diddy took to Instagram to share a photo of Porter and let his fans know that they should “cherish” their loved ones.

He wrote, “If you got a good woman please let her know. Tell her as soon as you can. Make sure she knows. Make sure she feels it. HONOR HER. CHERISH HER. Cause the special ones are RARE and FEW. And everyone doesn’t get a second chance. LET THE ONE YOU LOVE KNOW TODAY. RIGHT NOW!!!! 💛💛💛 @ladykp I’ll honor you forever.”

Several fans left comments on Diddy’s post offering the mogul love and support. One fan wrote, “Although ppl will say this is all too late, I still respect your vulnerability! You’re showing the world you messed up, and this alone will knock some sense into a few of em. Takes courage 🙌🏾.”

Other fans tagged their loved ones in the post and showed appreciation to them, as Diddy asked them to do in the tribute. One fan wrote, “This quote is from me to you for being a great mother, wife, workeer, friend your a blessing to our son an me we love you beyond what words can explain @andy_gonzalez371.”

Porter passed away in November 2018 from pneumonia. Since then, Diddy has been keeping her memory alive by sharing candid photos of the model with touching captions. He recently cancelled his 50th birthday party two different times because he found it hard to celebrate without her by his side. He rescheduled his party to what would have been Porter’s 49th birthday weekend so that she would still be present with him in spirit.

Let’s send some love and encouragement to Diddy as he continues to mourn the sudden loss of his soulmate, Kim Porter.
