On Tuesday (Jan,. 7) the Berlin branch of the world-famous wax museum, Madame Tussauds, unveiled what was supposed to be their new Nicki Minaj wax figure…emphasis on “supposed to be.”

The wax figure is a model displaying a pose from Minaj’s 2014 “Anaconda” video, but if it wasn’t for the outfit and pose, fans are saying that you wouldn’t be able to tell who the figure was.

After the photos leaked online, fans quickly took to Twitter to discuss how they were not happy with the new wax figure. One fan said that the figure looked more like Kourtney Kardashian.

Another fan wrote, “To whoever made this wax figure- ARE YOU FREAKING BLIND? HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO THE QUEEN. YA GOT ME FUCKED UP. AND YOU KNOW WHY IM EVEN MORE UPSET?Look at her tattoo. The chinese symbols arent the same. Ya got me fucked up @NICKIMINAJ @MadameTussauds #nickiminaj #madametussauds.”

This isn’t the first time that Madame Tussauds has come under fire for how they’ve made celebrities look with wax.

This past May, fans took to Twitter to express that they were not impressed with the wax figure of Ariana Grande, even though the museum asked fans to help them style the figure. “Marking the first time the Grammy Award winner’s figure will appear at Madame Tussauds’ flagship London location, fans were asked to decide which famous Ariana look the figure should rock for the five week residency,” the official museum website reads. ”Perhaps unsurprisingly the winning vote sees Ariana’s figure styled in the ‘Thank U, next’ singer’s trademark oversized jumper, statement over-the-knee boots and signature ponytail, complete with braids and hair rings.”

One fan tweeted, “tell that wax figure to move so i can see ariana’s wax figure.”
