According to a report by The Blast, Rob Kardashian has filed for primary custody of his and Blac Chyna’s 3-year-old daughter, Dream, in a Los Angeles court. Chyna, who also shares a 6-year-old son named King with Tyga, has not yet responded to filing.
The report also shows that Rob wants Chyna to be forced to submit for drug and alcohol tests 30 minutes before each visit with her daughter. Furthermore, he wants Chyna’s custody to consist solely of weekend visits with a nanny present.
Rob accuses Chyna of spending $600 a day on alcohol and abusing cocaine. He asserts that she’s under the influence in front of Dream and invites strangers over to her house for regular parties. Chyna is also being accused of acting violently in her home, including throwing knives and lit candles and one incident where she allegedly attacked her hairdresser.
Elsewhere in the custody filing, Rob says that after spending time with her mom, 3-year-old Dream has begun “naked twerking and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her.” He also says she’s picked up swear words while staying Chyna.
Khloe Kardashian vouched for her brother’s accusations, saying that Dream has become “decidedly more aggressive” and “more in defense mode.” She also claims Dream has said she doesn’t want to go back to her mother’s house.
Less than a year ago, Rob and Chyna settled on 50/50 split custody. The couple underwent a drawn-out custody battle, with Rob required to pay Chyna $20,000 a month in child support.
Back in May, Chyna told Entertainment Tonight that she and Rob were working toward an effective co-parenting relationship.
“I just feel like having a good relationship with the other parent and co-parenting is a healthy type of thing,” Chyna told the outlet. “It’s something that a lot of people need to practice.”
