Although he is preparing for his OVO Fest, it appears as if Drake might be facing some legal trouble.

In a report provided by The Blast today (July 16), a woman named Amanda Giovacco filed a lawsuit against Aubrey “Drake” Graham, The Madison Square Garden, an employee named Joseph Picco and Live Nation Worldwide. Giovacco claims that when she attended Drake’s concert held at Madison Square Graden, back in August of 2016, that the crowd was “rowdy.” She claims that she was “was violently struck by a beer bottle that was thrown while attending the Drake concert.” As a result, Giovacco suffered a brain injury.

As per her lawsuit, Giovacco is accusing Drake, the Garden and employees of negligence and failing to ensure that people weren’t over-served liquor. She also states that the drinks should’ve been placed into plastic cups instead of bottles to prevent situations like this.

Last week, Drake announced the lineup for his ninth annual OVO Fest. For this year’s event, fans will witness performances by B2K, Mario, Pretty Ricky, Ying Yang Twins, Chingy, Bobby V and Lloyd. These performances will take place on Sunday, Aug. 4. As for the event’s final night, Aug. 5, Drizzy will take the stage.

After announcing that the tickets were on sale, Champagne Papi faced mixed reactions from fans. Some fans explained that the prices were way too high.

“You have the audacity to have me wait all this time for OVO Fest to make me try to pay rent prices to see you from the grass. Are you mad??” one fan wrote.

“Really sucks how Drake is doing his fans this year with these ridiculous prices. Goes to show the artist doesn’t really care about the fans, just the money… #OVOFest” another fan wrote.

Drake’s team has yet to comment on the reported lawsuit.
