Travis Scott is always on the hunt to showcase his artistic ways. For his latest business venture, La Flame collaborates with General Mills’ Resse’s Puff to redesign their cereal box.
The newly designed cereal boxes depict Scott holding a spoon with two cacti in the background. The limited edition cereal box will retail for $50 and is expected to release anytime today on Scott’s website. Last week, Scott shared an Instagram photo showcasing his latest design. “Sweet sweet,” he wrote as the caption.
For those who are loyal fans of the Astroworld rapper, this doesn’t come as a complete surprise. In the past, Scott has been known to put his own twist on anything he can get his hands on. Back in November of 2018, the Houston native filed trademark paperwork to secure the use of “Astroworld” on jewelry, clocks, watches, key chains, jewelry cases and dog chains.
Last month, the “Celebrate” rapper announced that he was partnering with Planned Parenthood. While performing in Alabama at the Hangout Fest, Scott revealed that the proceeds from his mech table will be donated to the organization. He reasoned to the crowd, “love is the strongest thing we can have.” It’s safe to say that this was a bold political move for Scott because of the new Alabama bill that bans abortion in a variety of circumstances.
In addition to business ventures, Scott is also focused on his music. Scott, Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole are set to headline the inaugural Day N Vegas Festival, which is scheduled for November. The music event will take place at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds and will include performances from artists such as Migos, Lil Uzi Vert, Juice WRLD, 21 Savage, Megan Thee Stallion and many more.
