YBN Almighty Jay has recovered his stolen Rap-a-Lot Records chain, thanks to help from J. Prince.

On Tuesday (March 19), Prince took to Instagram to announce the news. According to the Rap-A-Lot Records CEO, Almighty Jay will be reunited with his stolen jewelry due to efforts from Bronx rappers French Montana and Hocus45th. “Real recognizes real in every hood and has a way of connecting in spite of clowns and squares,” he wrote.

For context, Almighty Jay was hospitalized for three days and received 300 stitches after he was viciously attacked outside of his hotel lobby in NYC on Friday (March 8). Hours earlier, the 19-year-old rapper found himself engaged in a street fight outside of a Saks Fifth Avenue store. During the fisticuffs, Almighty Jay lost possession of his personal belongings, including his wallet, his shoes, and his Rap-a-Lot Records chain.

Not long after, Prince put out a call for several Bronx rappers, including Montana, Remy Ma, Cardi B, and Swizz Beatz among others, to help him recover the stolen chain. According to Prince, “it was never about the chain, it was about the name that was built off of blood sweat and tears.”

Montana and Hocus45th had a meeting with Prince and his son, J Prince Jr., in L.A. on Monday night (March 18) before flying to NYC to hand-deliver the chain and pendant, TMZ reports.

“I welcome these brothers to our #MobTies movement and look forward to us doing business in the future together,” Prince disclosed in a lengthy Instagram caption. “There’s power in numbers and when strong brothers from the streets align themselves with one another, suckas tremble,” he continued.

Prince also shared a photo, as shown below, of himself posing with the chain, along with Montana and Hocus45th. “The big picture here is the same as I stated in my first post, to not allow moment thinkers to muddy the waters over the movement,” he concluded. Read his post in full for yourself ahead.
