TIDAL is keeping up with its annual autumn traditions, most notably in the form of its fourth TIDAL X concert in Brooklyn.
As announced today (Oct. 10) by the streaming giant and media company, Barclays Center will once again play host to its annual benefit show, set to take place on Tuesday, October 23. For those unable to attend in person, the festivities will air via livestream on the platform as well.
The headliners for the fourth installment are set to include the likes of Lil Wayne, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Meek Mill, Anderson .Paak, The Lox, Kaskade, Normani, Kodak Black, Vic Mensa, Black Thought, SiR and Teyana Taylor, with additional support from buzzing acts such as Bazzi, Lil Skies, Mozart La Para, BlocBoy JB, DaniLeigh, Snoh Aalegra Westside Gunn and Conway, among others.
In addition to the evening being jam-packed with special guests and performances, the net proceeds from this year’s event will be donated to support criminal justice reform non-profit organizations, such as #Cut50, Equal Justice Initiative and Innocence Project, to name a few.
Last year’s festival was closed out by TIDAL boss himself, JAY-Z, as well as featured performances from Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Lopez, DJ Khaled, Busta Rhymes, Mack Wilds, Daddy Yankee, Fat Joe and Remy Ma, T.I., Swizz Beatz and Cardi B, among others. Proceeds from last year’s event went entirely to natural disaster relief efforts.
