Fabolous was reportedly arrested, after he allegedly assaulted his partner and mother of his two children, Emily Bustamante, according to TMZ.

As the outlet reports, per unnamed sources, Bustamante called police and told them that the rapper struck her at their home in Englewood, New Jersey. After the reported incident, Fabolous and his attorney turned up to the precinct, where he was cited and assigned a ticket for an upcoming court appearance.

In a statement to Billboard, the rapper’s attorney said, “I’ve known Fab close to 20 years and believe he is incapable of engaging in the alleged conduct.”
