Since Sunday’s Super Bowl, streams of Meek Mill’s “Dreams and Nightmares” have dramatically increased. The record, which arrived in 2012, was adopted as the anthem for the Philadelphia Eagles following their historic win on this past weekend. It was also the soundtrack to the Eagles’ entrance.

According to Billboard, the record generated up to 1.47 million U.S. on-demand audio and video streams the day after the game. “Dreams and Nightmares” was also played over 854,000 times on the day of the Super Bowl. Talk about a silver lining.

As all of this upside mounts, Meek is currently in prison serving time for probation violation. In a statement about the Eagles’ big win, Meek expressed feeling “especially proud” despite wishing “my current situation was different.” In recent news, a lawyer for Judge Genece Brinkley, A Charles Peruto Jr., has threatened to sue the rapper over claims made by the rapper’s lawyer about her seeking to extort favors from him.

With the Philadelphia Eagles ringing in their championship streak today (February 8) in the heart of Philly, which can be streamed here, take a moment to #PressPlay on REVOLT’s Meek Mill playlist.
