Azealia Banks is looking to reclaim her place in the music industry, something that her controversial social media presence has hindered in recent memory.
As reported, the 26-year-old rapper has signed a brand new deal with Toronto imprint eOne Music.
“I HAVE A HOME AGAIN… I’m crying,” she wrote on Instagram in a series of posts confirming the news. “Thank you guys so freaking much you don’t know how much this means to me.”
Throughout the past couple of years, Banks has spent more time in the spotlight for picking beefs and for her erratic behavior than she has for her music. Perhaps this next million dollar deal will serve as a fresh start for the undeniably talented MC.
Prior to making the announcement, the New York native shared a preview of a song that may make the cut for her forthcoming project, Fantasea II: The Second Wave, which is set to drop sometime in March.
