Report: Lil Wayne claims he is not the father of 15-year-old boy in paternity case

As previously reported, Lil Wayne was ordered to pay child support as the result of a paternity case that was first filed against him in 2015. As a result of the rapper failing to appear in court, the judge ordered the 35-year-old to pay $5,000 a month, beginning in January 2016.

According to new reports, Weezy is now fighting back, claiming that he is not the father of the 15-year-old boy and therefore is not responsible for the monthly payment, nor the medical payments he was previously ordered to take care of.

As reported, Lil Wayne is denying that he is not the father of Keiotia Watson’s son, claiming that he never slept with her.

Per legal documents obtained by The Blast, Wayne claims he never was served legal papers, explaining why he didn’t go to court at the time. He also is requesting that the court orders a paternity test.

Additionally, Wayne reportedly signed a declaration to refute the allegations from the jump, stating, “I did not engage in a sexual relationship with Keiotia Watson in June of 2001 or at any other time.”

“I do not believe it is possible that I am the biological father of Dwayne Brown,” the document continues. “I have never acknowledged Dwayne Brown as my son, nor was I ever made aware of his birth until I was served with the petition…I am the loving father of four children, all of whom I provided support for since birth. Up until now, I have never been involved in a child support case.”
