While it’s still open for interpretation, Kendrick Lamar confirms the reverse theory behind his critically-acclaimed album and drops the reverse order of DAMN.

“I don’t think the story necessarily changes, I think the feel changes,” Kendrick told MTV about the reverse order of the album back in August. “The initial vibe listening from the top all the way to the bottom is … this aggression and this attitude. You know, ‘DNA,’ and exposing who I really am. You listen from the back end, and it’s almost the duality and the contrast of the intricate Kendrick Lamar. Both of these pieces are who I am.”

Flipping the tracklist, the new iteration of the album starts off with “DUCKWORTH” and closes out with “BLOOD.” Also equipped with a new cover art, the collector’s edition of K. Dot’s DAMN. is available now.
