JAY-Z’s 4:44 tour kicks off tonight (Oct. 27) at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. And while close members of his inner circle, such as his wife Beyoncé, their children and longtime Roc-A-Fella and Roc Nation SGT-At-Arms Young Guru, will be on hand, one of his close confidants won’t.

Memphis Bleek told us on Thursday (Oct. 26) that he’ll have to break the tradition of being at Hov’s tour’s openers. For good reason though. Bleek is running around the country promoting his own project, the new single “Left Right” by his signee Casanova.

“I know man, right?” Bleek said, sitting in the REVOLT New York studio. “I’m mad and I’m happy at the same time. Since Hov been touring it’s like a thing we say as a team, we don’t ever want to miss the first show. So this would be the first tour in years that I won’t be there for the kickoff. It’s a good thing. I’m here for the kickoff of my label. First official single dropping. Casanova. It’s a good thing.”

Casanova’s “Left, Right” features both Fabolous and Chris Brown, and, of course, appeals to the ladies. Scott Storch produced it. Meanwhile, Bleek promised that his Big Homie is “ready to go” with his 4:44 tour.

“He’s excited man,” The MC-turned-exec boasted. “This project, 4:44, he touched something where he didn’t even think he could go. Now to be able to put that on stage and receive the love back for the work you did. You know it took him a long time to do the album. To go out on the road and get the love back, I think that’s the best feeling in the world. That’s the number one thing all artists look forward to, going on tour.”
