Sean “Diddy” Combs knows a thing or two about hip-hop’s impact on the economy. Combs is a mainstay in Forbes, including being named as one of the magazine’s 100 Greatest Business Minds – and hip-hop has been a pillar of his success.
This morning (Sept. 22), Combs will speak with Congresswoman Maxine Waters in Washington D.C. at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Annual Legislative Conference. The topic of the interview will be “The Tremendous Contributions of Hip Hop to the U.S. Economy & Wealth Building.”
A Combs Enterprises panel will also feature Dia Simms, president of Combs Enterprises; Andre Harrell, vice chairman of Revolt TV & Media; Derek Ferguson, chief operating officer of Revolt TV & Media; and Jeff Tweedy, president and CEO of Sean John. Jeff Burroughs, founder of Whtwrks, will serve as moderator.
Stay tuned to Revolt.tv for further updates on how the panel went.
