Just when the public dragging had seemed to completely die down for Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s t-shirts that appropriated icons like Tupac and Biggie, another photographer has sued Kendall.
TMZ reports that photographer Al Pereira has filed a suit against Kendall Jenner Inc., saying she used a photo he took of Tupac, Biggie and Redman without permission.

This is the third incident of legal trouble Kendall has been tacked with for the shirts. Photographer Michael Miller filed a lawsuit against the sisters for the shirt that used his picture of Tupac, and the estate of Notorious B.I.G. sent a cease and desist letter for the shirt that depicted him.
Kylie and Kendall Jenner reportedly pulled the shirts from their website shortly after the backlash began.
