It was in December when Metro Boomin announced he would be dropping a collaborative album with Toronto rap sensation, NAV. Now, following much anticipation, the finished product is finally here.

Fittingly titled Perfect Timing, the album features appearances from Gucci Mane, Lil Uzi Vert, and Playboi Carti to name a few. The release not only adds further stock into NAV, who recently inked a deal with The Weeknd’s XO Records, but also Metro Boomin, who has been on a wear and tear this year with production credits. In addition to launching his own record label and releasing his first single (“No Complaints” with Drake and Offset), the hitmaker’s name has been attached to some of this year’s biggest rap records, including Migos’ “Bad & Boujee,” Kodak Black’s “Tunnel Vision,” Future’s “Mask Off,” and Gucci Mane’s entire DropTopWop LP.
