On Sunday (July 2), news broke that after months of rumored estrangement between Kanye West and JAY-Z, ‘Ye was threatening to leave TIDAL (of which Jigga is owner) over a $3 million financial dispute.

While West claimed that the streaming service owed him both a bonus and reimbursement for music videos, TIDAL threatened to sue the rapper if he went to another service while still under contract.

However, Billboard is now reporting that the parties have officially split ways.

According to the site:

“A source close to Kanye West has confirmed that Tidal’s exclusivity rights have been terminated based on what is alleged to be Tidal’s failure to honor its financial obligations.”
