May 26, 2017 marks a full year since Gucci Mane was released from prison, and he’s been one of the most prolific acts in rap ever since. But his release today may be his most anticipated yet: DropTopWop, a tape fully produced by Metro Boomin’.

The ten-track project features guest appearances by Offset, 2 Chainz, Young Dolph and Rick Ross, and a new set of Metro knockers for Gucci to float on. East Atlanta Santa dropped four tapes in the six months after his release from prison, but DropTopWop is his first release from the new year after announcing it in early May. This month also saw him perform at the Rolling Loud music festival, and rock with longtime collaborator Zaytoven in a special piano bar-inspired Red Bull Music Academy appearance.
