Future’s legal war with Rocko is far from over.

According to TMZ, Rocko is seeking to have the court force Future to put his salary from the upcoming Nobody Safe tour in escrow.

Rocko, who sued Future last year for $10 million, claims the “Mask Off” rapper is set to make $5 million and he wants proceeds from the tour to be put aside to cover the aforementioned $10 million.

The origin of Rocko’s $10 million lawsuit is stemmed from an alleged breach of contract the two parties signed in 2011. In 2011, Rocko signed Future to his label A1 Recordings, where the rapper was enlisted to release six albums under the umbrella. In 2012, Future later inked a major joint venture deal with Epic Records, which also included a home for his label Freebandz Entertainment. According to Rocko, the deal with Epic landed Future a multi-million dollar advance, which he was left out of. Despite working together on standout records like 2013’s “U.E.O.N.O.” and “Chosen One,” Rocko believes he is owed 25 percent of Future’s advances from Epic, as well as another 20 percent of his earnings (touring, merchandise, and endorsements), altogether totalling more than $10 million.

In September 2016, Future fired back with a countersuit. This past February, when Future dropped FUTURE and HNDRXX, word started to spread that the projects were released as a means to pay back Rocko. Future later denied the claims on Twitter and later called Rocko a con artist.

The Nobody Safe tour begins May 4th in Memphis. Kodak Black was recently replaced with A$AP Ferg after he was found guilty for violating his house arrest.
