Kevin Gates can’t seem to catch a break. Though, legally, that may be what’s deserved.

Last month, the rapper was kept in jail on his scheduled release day after authorities discovered an outstanding out-of-state warrant for a felony weapons charge.

He was originally in jail on a six-month sentence for kicking a female fan during a Florida concert back in October 2015.

Now, it’s been reported by TMZ that a judge denied the rapper’s bail during a bond hearing for the weapons case today (April 19).

It remains unclear why he was denied bond, but the rapper will remain at Kendall County Jail.
