Since Beyoncé’s announcement yesterday (February 1) that she and Jay Z are expecting twins, the internet has been ablaze with people wondering how their first-born Blue Ivy is handling the news. Many have joked she must be pressed knowing she’ll now have to split her inheritance three ways, but, let’s be honest, the Carters may have 99 problems, but giving their children enough money isn’t one!

As the big sister, Blue can help her new siblings traverse the complicated role of being a child in the public eye all while having an impact that adults can only dream of. After all, the future Carter babies have a sister they can look up to who, much like her parents, is already a record-setter.

Back in 2012, Blue became the youngest person to be credited on a Billboard-ranked song. Proud pops Jay Z recorded her very first coos and cries and included them on his track “Glory,” where she was credited B.I.C. (Blue Ivy Carter). “Glory” debuted at number 74 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.

We anticipate Blue’s history-making moment will remain intact unless, of course, Jay and Bey are recording sonogram sounds right now. I mean, we wouldn’t put it past them.

As for the Carter twins, they’re already smashing records with their mommy. Beyoncé’s pregnancy announcement photo on Instagram has more than eight million likes at the time of publishing, making it the most-liked Instagram photo ever. Making history in the womb? Would we expect anything else from the offspring of this goddess? Absolutely not.
