Jay Z will be rocking the vote just days before Election Day with a special concert in Cleveland, Ohio next month.
On November 4, the Roc Nation mogul will host a Get Out The Vote concert that will be aimed at galvanizing young voters to support of Hillary Clinton in the November 8 election.
According to a press release issued today (October 25), Jay Z will be joined by special guests at the concert to “encourage unity and urge Ohioans to support Clinton by voting early or on Election Day.”
This upcoming rally isn’t a first for Jay. In 2008, he performed a free concert in Cleveland for then Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama. It was also during this show that the rapper delivered the famous quote, “Rosa Parks sat so Martin Luther King could walk, and Martin walked so Obama could run, Obama is running so we all can fly, so let’s fly.”
Tickets for the upcoming GOTV concert for Hillary Clinton will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis near the Cuyahoga County Board of elections at 3030 Euclid Avenue from Friday, October 28 through Sunday, October 30, and beginning on Monday, October 31 at Hillary for Ohio campaign offices.
