Now that she’s revealed herself as a Trekkie, Rihanna is going a step further in sharing her love for sci-fi. The singer will play a dancer at a space bar in the upcoming film, Valerian and The City of a Thousand Planets.
Directed by Luc Besson, the sci-fi film stars Ethan Hawke (who runs the aforementioned alien-frequented drinking hole), and Cara Delevingne and Dane DeHaan (as interstellar special agents).

According to Vulture, when Hawke asks DeHaan what kind of girl he’’s in the mood for, the character says, “Retro,” and out comes a bowler hat-wearing, chair-straddling, private show-performer: our Bad Gal Riri.
You can briefly peep her in this teaser (:03-:08), though she isn’t seen talking to the camera. However, supermodel Delevingne plays coy about the singer’s role and only reveals: “She’s phenomenal. It’s gonna be really great.”
