There’s a strong parallel between the music videos for French Montana’s “Moses” and, the more recent, “Figure It Out” in that other than the star cameos (Chris Brown, Kanye West, Nas, Migos), they are both shot at deserted aircraft hangers.

According to French, it’s no coincidence. Why? Well, one of the Bronx rapper’s favorite films happen to be the 1997 epic “Con Air.” And as he tells it, the video(s) take a page out of the Jerry Bruckheimer-directed film’s script.

“I call it “Con Air” because that’s the only thing that was shot there before,” he tells REVOLT about the video that he says was shot on the same turf as one of the film’s famous scenes.

“It look like “Con Air,”” he further clarified.

Fans can watch French’s “Con Air” influence take flight in the “Figure It Out” video, which is available now.
