The comments sections of Instagram accounts held by women with any chance of being the “Becky with the good hair” that Beyoncé targets in Lemonade track “Sorry” are drowning in emojis of bees and lemonades.

But a pair of women are reacting to the social media bullying with comments that they are not Becky.

Rita Ora, signed to Jay Z’s Roc Nation but who sued the label late last year, spoke out on Twitter.

The British star began by writing that she “never usually address tabloid gossip” and added “these rumours are false. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Beyonce. Let’s continue enjoying Lemonade.”

Designer and businesswoman Rachel Roy, who perhaps flirted with the idea of being Becky, has not gone on record denying the charge.

“There is no truth to the rumors,” she said in a statement released to People.

“I want to put the speculation and rumors to rest. My Instagram post was meant to be fun and lighthearted, it was misunderstood as something other than that. There is no validity to the idea that the song references me personally. There is no truth to the rumors.”

Rachel Ray, a celebrity cook and lifestyle mogul, has also been assailed by Beyoncé fans with bees and lemons on her Instagram account due to her name bearing a resemble to Rachel Roy has yet to comment about the matter.
