A tight unit driven by their passion for music, Freeway and fellow Philadelphia natives Scholito and S. Frank are The New Rothchilds.

With an aim of opening up a new chapter for hip-hop, instead of bringing back any sense of nostalgia, the trio offer a one-two-three, knockout punch to the game. On one end there’s Scholito, a wordsmith who can paint portraits through rhyme. On the other end is S. Frank, a soulful beatsmith whose production sounds like a fusion of Gamble and Huff meets Bink. Standing at the forefront of the pair is Philadelphia Free, who ties things up like a shoelace.

Coming together like Voltron, together the three are ‘hot as ice’ — the title of Free’s latest single.
