For all of those who wonders what exactly DJ Khaled does for a living, allow the walking business… man to explain it himself:

Never short of entertaining, DJ Khaled took a break from polishing his golden streak to make way for a special appearance on The Ellen Show this week. “I am like the hip-hop Quincy Jones, I’m an entrepreneur, I’m a young mogul, I’m blessed.”

Sharing major keys and insight, the We the Best captain discussed his new level of fame as of late, thanks to the multiple moves and ventures he’s made within the past three months, and importance of staying away from They.

“‘They’ is the person who told you you would never have The Ellen Show,” Khaled said.

“‘They’ is that one person in the room when you get a raise and that one person in the corner be like, ‘Man, I hate that person.’ ‘They’ is the person that doesn’t believe in you, that say that you won’t succeed. You know, they never wanted me on The Ellen Show and, look at me, I’m on The Ellen Show! And this [is] the number one show.”
