Beyoncé and Bruno Mars joined Coldplay at Levi Stadium to show the world just how you rock a Super Bowl 50 halftime show.
Coldplay, who headlined the bill, started off by showering the stadium with the good vibes of “Viva La Vida,” “Paradise,” and “Adventures of a Lifetime.” Soaking in the spotlight on their vibrant, circular stage, the band was eventually joined by Mark Ronson and the 2014 Super Bowl Halftime Show headliner Bruno Mars, who reintroduced the world to “Uptown Funk.”
Just when the excitement nearly reached peak levels, Beyoncé arrived and shut everything down with the live debut of her brand new single, “Formation.” Moments after, Bey and Bruno went back-and-forth with an epic “Formation” Vs. “Uptown Funk” clash that could have very well been the true Pepsi Halftime show headliner.
What a time to be a… part of the Bey Hive.
