LeBron James is calling out America’s unfair justice system after news reports surfaced stating that Lori Loughlin was allowed to choose the prison she wants to serve her short sentence in.

The Los Angeles Lakers star took to Instagram to share a screenshot of a Vanity Fair article about Loughlin, who pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges and was sentenced to two months in prison.

“Of her what!!???” he captioned the post. “I’m laughing cause sometimes you have to just to stop from crying! Don’t make no damn sense to me. We just want the same treatment if committed of same crime that’s all. Is that asking for too much??? Let me guess, it is huh. Yeah I know!! We’ll just keep pushing forward and not expecting the handouts! STRONG, BLACK & POWERFUL!”

Page Six reports that the federal correctional institution the “Fuller House” actress wants to do her time in is within two hours of her multi-million dollar gated community in Los Angeles. The prison offers yoga, pilates, music lessons, origami, ceramics, cartoon drawing and more. She can also learn how to be a dental assistant, drive a forklift and repair bikes in her free time.

James is always using his platform to call out racial injustices. He most recently participated in the NBA boycott to bring awareness to the issues affecting the Black community including police brutality and systemic racism.

Following the horrific police shooting of Jacob Blake, the three-time NBA champion took to Twitter to call out police brutality. “And y’all wonder why we say what we say about the Police!! Someone please tell me WTF is this???!!!. Exactly another black man being targeted,” he tweeted. “This shit is so wrong and so sad!! Feel so sorry for him, his family and OUR PEOPLE!! We want JUSTICE.”
