Producer and former “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” star Mally Mall has provided receipts to denounce claims that he allegedly drugged and raped a model who visited him in L.A., according to Hollywood Unlocked. TMZ reported that a 26-year-old fitness trainer named Quashay Davis has sued Mall for “sexual battery, false imprisonment, gender violence and infliction of emotional and physical distress.”

However, Mally Mall shared text messages with Hollywood Unlocked in an effort to clear his name. Instead, he says that he is being extorted.

In the text messages he provided to the outlet of his exchange with Davis, she did not indicate that she had been raped. In the conversation, Davis claimed she didn’t feel well because of a bacterial infection from sex. She also did not did not say that she had an STD because when Mall asked if he needed medication, her response was “no.” She then asked the producer for $2,000 for the medication.

After Mally Mall purchased Davis’ flight back home to Dallas, she allegedly had her attorney send the producer a letter saying she will not go public with the lawsuit if her financial demands were met. Mall also provided Hollywood Unlocked with a video of his friend speaking with Davis and in the clip she requested $7,000 a month. The friend talked Davis down to $5,000 and she accepted, but Mally Mall said the friend’s call to Davis was only to prove that he was being extorted.

As far as Davis’ side of the story, reports say they met at Mall’s home where she was offered liquor and was introduced to an adult film star named Jayla Foxx. The 26-year-old alleges that she was drugged because she blacked out while at the home. Shortly after, Davis claimed “the next thing she remembered was waking up to a masseuse massaging her.”

Per court documents, Mall slapped Davis in an effort to help her regain consciousness. He then allegedly told her “You’re my new b-tch,” and “You’re my Jayla number two.” The woman added that she began to fear for her life when he “tried to get her to do cocaine, then forced her to perform oral sex on him — before roughly penetrating her.”

Davis said that Mall also called her a “stupid dumb n—r.” She went on to claim that Mall admitted to drugging her with molly.

The woman said when she regained consistent consciousness, she woke up to a number of women she didn’t recognize “in a hypersexualized environment.”

She claimed that she left the home the following day and Foxx took her to urgent care, where she was examined and medical personnel found her “injuries were consistent with a rape.”

Mall’s rep has responded to the allegations, telling TMZ, “This is a blatant attempt at extortion. There is absolutely no factual basis or merit in this case.”
