According to reports, Young Thug is facing new felony charges stemming from a September 2017 arrest.
Per court documents obtained by TMZ, Thugger is being charged with possession and intent to distribute meth, hydrocodone and marijuana, as well as is being charged with possession of amphetamine, Alprazolam, codeine (two counts) and a firearm.
Back in September 2017, the Atlanta rapper was arrested along with two others, Cedric Lamont Jones and Sergio Giavanni Kitchens, after being pulled over for driving a 2016 Mercedes Benz Maybach with illegally tinted windows. During the traffic stop, police allegedly found narcotics, liquid codeine and firearms, as well as thousands in cash.
Unfortunately for Thugger, the new indictment arrives less than three weeks after the rapper and members of his crew were arrested outside a Dave & Buster’s in Hollywood following his joint birthday and listening party, with police booking him on a felony weapons possession charge.
At the time of this report, Young Thug has yet to comment on his recent run-ins with the law, save for tweeting “Fuck 12 4life” in reference to the Atlanta police.
