As Frank Ocean is prone to doing, he took to Tumblr once again to post yet another cryptic message recently. This time, he could be doubling down on a promise of new music.

Back in November, he used the same social platform to share this laugh:

“‘WELL I️ MADE THE ALBUM BEFORE 30. I️ JUST AINT PUT THAT BITCH OUT!’ – QUOTES FROM AN INTERVIEW I️ HAVEN’T GIVEN HAHA.”

And since then, he’s launched a radio station for Grand Theft Auto and collaborated with N.E.R.D. on their latest LP.

But in his latest Tumblr post, he shares a photo of a man wearing a hat with the emblazoned words: “If you liked 2017, you’ll love…2018.”

He then captioned the pic: “new 18-99.”

What does it all mean?
